Common use of Exercisability Schedule Clause in Contracts

Exercisability Schedule. The Optionee may exercise this Option for such number of Shares as have become exercisable pursuant to the Vesting Schedule set forth above; provided that upon each vesting date the Optionee is employed with the Company or is otherwise providing services to the Company.
