Exercise Bumping Rights. A part-time employee whose position is eliminated may accept reassignment to the position of the least senior employee in the appropriate departmental unit, region, Appointing Authority or statewide. The part time employee unwilling or unable to accept the hours of the position of the least senior employee shall be laid off.
