Exercise During Exercise Period. The holder of a Special Warrant Certificate may exercise the Special Warrants represented by the Special Warrant Certificate at any time and from time to time in whole or in part during the Exercise Period. Any such exercise, or any deemed exercise pursuant to section 6.12, will be subject to the holder providing such assurances and executing such documents as may, in the reasonable opinion of the Company or the Trustee, be required to ensure compliance with Applicable Securities Laws.
