The EXERCISE EQUIPMENT clause defines the terms and conditions related to the use, maintenance, and responsibility for exercise equipment provided under an agreement. EXERCISE EQUIPMENT. 28.1 This clause applies if you lease Goods which include Exercise Equipment.
28.2 You will be supplied with a User Manual on delivery of the Exercise Equipment to you.
28.3 You should read and follow the recommendations in the User Manual before using the Exercise Equipment and starting any exercise program.
28.4 You acknowledge and agree that you hold us harmless and release us from and indemnify us against any and all claims arising directly or indirectly out of any loss, damage, injury, accident or death suffered by you or any user of the Exercise Equipment.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT. The COUNTY and the ASSOCIATION have agreed to contract with a fitness facility for bargaining unit member usage. The ASSOCIATION will contribute three hundred dollars ($300) per month for the use of this facility and the Sheriff’s Office shall pay the remainder of all related dues. The Division of Youth Services shall provide an exercise room for use by Juvenile Group Workers and other authorized individuals. Youth Services will be responsible for the equipment and its maintenance. If at any time either party decides not to continue the arrangement with Court Sports, or other mutually agreed upon fitness facility, the parties shall revert to the provision requiring a work-out facility within the Sheriff’s Office. EXERCISE EQUIPMENT. The City shall furnish and maintain all present exercise equipment. The Employees Relations Committee will meet and discuss the need for additional or new exercise equipment.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT. 14.1 The Renter will be supplied with a User Manual on delivery of the Exercise Equipment;
14.2 The Renter should read the User Manual before using the Exercise Equipment and follow any recommendations in that User Manual before starting any exercise on the Exercise Equipment.
14.3 The Renter agrees that they hold us harmless and release us from and indemnify us against any and all claims arising directly or indirectly from any loss, damage, injury, accident or death suffered by the Renter or any other user of the Exercise Equipment. The Exercise Equipment is provided on an ‘as is’ basis without any assessment (health or otherwise) by us as to the suitability of the Exercise Equipment for the Renter.
14.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all and any liability for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, charges, expenses, penalties arising, directly or indirectly, from the Exercise Equipment, its use, location or placement, including arising from any injury, accident or death. The Renter agrees and acknowledges that the Renter uses the Exercise Equipment entirely at their own risk.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT. 13. Except as modified herein, all other terms and conditions of the License Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. Any conflict between the provisions of this Amendment and the provisions of the License Agreement will be resolved in favor of this Amendment.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT. Improper use of exercise equipment can lead to serious injury or death. • Improper use of exercise equipment can cause serious damage to the equipment. • State laws limit the use of pools, spas and saunas by children under 14 unless supervised by an adult. All Tenants must follow such laws. • Any location where water pools more than one inch deep poses the risk of drowning. • Danger can be present with bathtubs, sinks, buckets, fountains, streams and ponds. • Small children can crawl through railings. • No one should climb on or over railings. • Throwing objects off balconies, decks and walkways can cause injury or death to persons below. • Do not place furniture or other objects on which a child can climb near railings. • Keep all stairways clear of debris or obstructions. • Report any damaged or loose railings to Landlord/Manager immediately.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT. Any device or object that serves as a means for energetic physical action or exertion in order to train, strengthen or condition all or part of the human body, (e.g. exercycle or other physical fitness equipment).
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT. The City shall furnish and maintain all present exercise equipment in a safe building for exclusive police department use. The Employees Relations Committee will meet and discuss the need for additional or new exercise equipment.
