Common use of Exercise in Whole or in Part Clause in Contracts

Exercise in Whole or in Part. The Warrants may be exercised in whole or in part, and if exercised in part, the Corporation shall issue another certificate, in a form substantially evidencing the remaining rights to purchase Common Shares, provided that any such right shall terminate on the Expiry Date. This Warrant Certificate is also exchangeable from time to time, upon surrender hereof by the Holder, for new Warrant Certificates of like tenor representing, in the aggregate, the same number of Warrants and/or the Warrant Certificate so surrendered.
