Exercise of Clean-Up Call Rights. In order to exercise its rights under this Section, Participant shall give notice in writing to the Company, setting forth the date by which the remaining Loans and Acquired Collateral are to be liquidated by the Company, which date shall be no less than 150 calendar days after the date of such notice.
