Common use of Exercise of Constitutional Rights Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Constitutional Rights. No supervisor shall be discharged, disciplined, demoted, transferred, denied promotion, reassigned, or otherwise be discriminated against in regard to his employment, or be threatened with any such treatment, by reason of his lawful exercise of his constitutional rights, the rights granted under this bill of rights or the exercise of any rights under any existing administrative procedure.
