Exercise of discretion in favour of Beneficiaries. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Deed, in relation to the income and capital of any part of the Trust Fund which shall comprise represent or arise from money given to the Trustees by any Group Company by way of further settlement, the Trustees shall exercise any trust power or discretion herein or otherwise contained or conferred in favour only of persons who arc Beneficiaries by virtue of their being (or being Relatives of) employees or former employees of that Group Company.
