Common use of Exercise of Options Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Options. The Option shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. As soon as practicable after the receipt of notice of exercise (in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A) and payment of the Option Price as provided for in the Plan, the Company shall tender to the Optionee certificates issued in the Optionee's name evidencing the number of Option Shares covered thereby.

Exercise of Options. The Option shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. As soon as practicable after the receipt of notice of exercise (in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A) and payment of the Option Price as provided for in the Plan, the Company shall tender to the Optionee certificates a certificate issued in the Optionee's name evidencing the number of Option Shares covered thereby.

As soon as practicable after the receipt of notice of exercise (in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A) and payment of the Option Price by check in an amount at least equal to the par value of the Common Shares, together with a recourse promissory note in an amount equal to the balance of the exercise price or as otherwise provided for in the Plan, the Company shall tender to the Optionee certificates issued in the Optionee's name evidencing the number of Option Shares covered therebyindicated in the notice of exercise.

Exercise of Options. The Option shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. As soon as practicable after the receipt of notice of exercise (in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A) and payment of the Option Price by check in an amount at least equal to the par value of the Option Shares, together with a recourse promissory note in an amount equal to the balance of the exercise price or as otherwise provided for in the Plan, the Company shall tender to the Optionee certificates issued in the Optionee's name evidencing the number of Option Shares covered therebyindicated in the notice of exercise.
