Exercise of Other Remedies. Upon demand on the Demand Note or the occurrence of any Event of Default and at any time thereafter, the Lender, without presentment, demand, notice, protest or advertisement of any kind, may exercise the remedies of a secured party afforded by the Uniform Commercial Code and other applicable law or by the terms of any agreement between the Borrower and the Lender.
