Common use of Exercise of power Clause in Contracts

Exercise of power. Unless expressly otherwise provided, whenever a power is granted or a duty imposed upon a Department Head or designee, the power may be exercised or the duty performed by a deputy of the Department Head or designee or by a person authorized by them pursuant to law.
