Exercise of Rights and Powers. Any exercise by the Security Agent of any rights or powers under the Transaction Documents that are the same as or similar to any rights or powers conferred on a trustee by the Trustee ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ shall be construed solely as the exercise of the relevant rights or powers under the Transaction Documents and not as the exercise of the same or any similar rights or powers under the Trustee ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.
