EXERCISE OF RIGHTS OF ENTRY. A person exercising any right of entry granted or reserved under the Lease in order to carry out works must:- (a) give reasonable prior notice to the relevant Party (except in emergency) (b) exercise the right in a manner which causes as little damage and inconvenience as is practicable in the circumstances (c) make good any physical damage caused as soon as is reasonably practicable
