Common use of Exercise of Shareholder Rights Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Shareholder Rights. The Shareholders shall each vote the Shares held by them (to the extent applicable), ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of attorney, execute documents and take all other reasonable actions in their respective power and authority as a shareholder of the Company, in a manner consistent with the rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement so as to effectuate and preserve the intent of the Parties as set out herein.
