Common use of Exercise of Termination Rights Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Termination Rights. The rights of termination contained in Sections 15(a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) may be exercised by the Agent in addition to any other rights or remedies that the Agent may have in respect of any default, act or failure to act or non-compliance by the Corporation in respect of any of the matters contemplated by this Agreement or otherwise. In the event of any such termination, there shall be no further liability on the part of the Agent to the Corporation or on the part of the Corporation to the Agent except in respect of any liability which may have arisen prior to or arise after such termination under any of Sections 16 and 17.

Exercise of Termination Rights. The rights of termination contained in Sections 15(a12(a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (fd) may be exercised by the Agent and are in addition to any other rights or remedies that the Agent may have in respect of any default, act or failure to act or non-compliance by the Corporation in respect of any of the matters contemplated by this Agreement or otherwise. In the event of any such termination, there shall be no further liability on the part of the Agent to the Corporation or on the part of the Corporation to the Agent except in respect of any liability which may have arisen prior to or arise after such termination under any of Sections 16 13 and 1715.

In the event of any such termination, there shall be no further liability on the part of the Agent to the Corporation or on the part of the Corporation to the Agent except in respect of any liability which may have arisen prior to or arise after such termination under any of Sections 16 14 and 1715.
