Common use of Exercise of the Warrant Clause in Contracts

Exercise of the Warrant. As of the date hereof, and on each date on which the Purchaser exercises the Warrant, the Purchaser’s representations and warranties in subsections 3.2(c) — (g) shall be accurate in all material respects. The Company acknowledges and agrees that the Purchaser does not make or has not made any representations or warranties with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby other than those specifically set forth in this Section 3.2.
