Exercise of Warrant; Exchange of Warrant Sample Clauses

The "Exercise of Warrant; Exchange of Warrant" clause defines the process by which a warrant holder can exercise their right to purchase underlying securities or, alternatively, exchange the warrant for other consideration as specified in the agreement. Its core function is to provide clear procedures and options for warrant holders, ensuring both parties understand how and when the warrant can be utilized or converted, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
