Common use of Exercise Period Clause in Contracts

Exercise Period. The Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or in part (but not as to a fractional share of Common Stock), the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance to and including the fifth anniversary of the earlier of (i) the issuance of warrants under the Purchase Agreement or (ii) termination of the Purchase Agreement prior to the closing thereunder (the "EXERCISE PERIOD").

Exercise Period. The Subject to paragraph lB hereof, the Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or in part (but not as to a fractional share of Common Warrant Stock), the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance to and including the fifth anniversary of the earlier Date of (i) the issuance of warrants under the Purchase Agreement or (ii) termination of the Purchase Agreement prior to the closing thereunder Issuance (the "EXERCISE PERIODExercise Period").

Exercise Period. Exercise Period. The Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or in part (but not as to a fractional share of Common Stock), the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance to and including the fifth fourth anniversary thereof (the “Exercise Period”). The “Date of Issuance” shall be the earlier of (i) the issuance of warrants Effective Date under the Purchase Agreement or (ii) termination of the Purchase Agreement prior to the closing thereunder (the "EXERCISE PERIOD")Agreement.

Exercise Period. The Registered Holder Subject to Section 1D, the holder of this Warrant may exercise, in whole or in part (but not as to a fractional share of Common Stock), the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance to and including the fifth tenth (10th) anniversary of the earlier of (i) the issuance of warrants under the Purchase Agreement or (ii) termination of the Purchase Agreement prior to the closing thereunder hereof (the "EXERCISE PERIOD"“Exercise Period”).

Exercise Period. The Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or in part (but not as to a fractional share of Common Warrant Stock), the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance to and including the fifth anniversary of the earlier of December 31, 2001 (ias may be extended pursuant to Section 2B(vi) the issuance of warrants under the Purchase Agreement or (ii) termination of the Purchase Agreement prior to the closing thereunder (hereof, the "EXERCISE PERIODExercise Period").

The Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or in part (but not as to a fractional share of Common Stock), the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance to and including the fifth anniversary of the earlier of 5:00 p.m. (iSnyder, Texas time) the issuance of warrants under the Purchase Agreement or (ii) termination of the Purchase Agreement prior to the closing thereunder on April ___, 2003 (the "EXERCISE PERIODExercise Period").
