Common use of Exercise Periods Clause in Contracts

Exercise Periods. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Warrants shall be exercisable at any time and from time to time on or after the Issue Date. (b) No Warrant shall be exercisable after [ , 2022]1 or, if not a Trading Day, the next subsequent Trading Day (the “Expiration Date”).
