Exercise Price and Consideration Sample Clauses

The "Exercise Price and Consideration" clause defines the amount and form of payment required for a party to exercise a right, such as purchasing shares under an option agreement. It typically specifies the exact price per share or asset, and outlines acceptable methods of payment, which may include cash, check, or other agreed-upon forms of consideration.
