Common use of Exercise Procedure Clause in Contracts

Exercise Procedure. Subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement and, if applicable, Section 6 of the Plan, the Options shall be exercised by the Optionee's delivery of written notice of exercise to the Secretary of the Company, specifying the number of shares to be purchased and the Exercise Price Per Share to be paid therefor and accompanied by payment in accordance with Section 3 hereof. The Optionee may purchase less than the total number of shares covered hereby, provided that no exercise of less than all the Options may be for less than 100 whole shares.

Exercise Procedure. Subject to the conditions set forth in terms of this Agreement andOption Agreement, if applicable, Section 6 of the Plan, the Options this Option shall be exercised by the Optionee's delivery of written notice of exercise to the Secretary of the Company, specifying the number of shares to be purchased and the Exercise Price Per Share purchase price to be paid therefor and paid, accompanied by payment in full in accordance with Section 3 hereof4 of this Option Agreement. Such exercise shall be effective upon receipt by the Company of such written notice together with the required payment. The Optionee may purchase less than the total number of shares covered herebyby the vested portion of the Option, provided that no partial exercise of less than all the Options this Option may be for less than 100 whole sharesa fraction of a share.
