Common use of Exhibit Space Clause in Contracts

Exhibit Space. If Sponsor chooses a Partnership Level that contains the use of “Exhibit Space to Promote Business” and Sponsor uses the exhibit space, then Sponsor agrees to comply with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Fair Vendor/Exhibitor Rules and Regulations (“Rules and Regulations”). A copy of the Rules and Regulations can be obtained at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/p/news-and-media/vendors--exhibitors. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict or ambiguity between the Rules and Regulations and the Sponsorship Agreement, the terms of the Sponsorship Agreement shall control and supersede any such inconsistency, conflict or ambiguity.
