Common use of Existing Connections Clause in Contracts

Existing Connections. We will use Our best endeavours to arrange to connect You at a Supply Address previously supplied by Us, if: (a) there is adequate supply available; (b) the gas installation at the Supply Address complies with regulatory requirements; and (c) the Meter Equipment at the Supply Address is available for use by Us. If these conditions are met, We will arrange connection for You and supply gas to You if: (d) You make an application (in person, by telephone or in writing) and provide Acceptable Identification as required by Us; (e) You agree to pay Us all relevant Fees and charges; (f) You provide contact details for billing purposes;
