Common use of Existing Customers Clause in Contracts

Existing Customers. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect any agreements in effect for the supply of gas between the Gas Vendor and customers of the Gas Vendor prior to the Effective Date. As of the Effective Date, a successful Enrol Request STR shall be deemed to have been completed in respect of each such customer.
