Common use of Existing Customers Clause in Contracts

Existing Customers. Each existing customer as of the date of the agreement to receive Response Data, receiving any response to an inquiry that is comprised of or derived from, in whole or in part, Response Data must be vetted within twelve (12) months of execution of the agreement, and annually thereafter, not to exceed twelve (12) months since the last vetting of the customer.
