Existing Damage. Your Company Name is not responsible for the repairs of either visible termite damage (noted on the attached diagram) or hidden damage existing as of the date of the Contract. The diagram covers only those areas that were visible, accessible and unobstructed at the time of inspection and does not cover areas such as, but not limited to, areas enclosed or inaccessible, concealed by wall coverings, floor coverings, ceilings, furniture, equipment, appliances or stored articles, or any area in which inspection would necessitate removing or defacing any part of the structure. Because damage may be present in areas, which are inaccessible to a visual inspection. Your Company Name does not guarantee that the damage disclosed on the diagram represents all of the existing damage as of the date of this Contract. The diagram is not drawn to scale.
Existing Damage. Big Apple Pest Control & Termite is not responsible for the repair of either visible damage or hidden damage existing as of the date of this Agreement. Because damage may be present in areas which are inaccessible to visual inspection, Big Apple Pest Control & Termite does not represent that the damage disclosed on the Inspection Graph represents all of the existing damage as of the date of this Agreement. If visible evidence of active or previous infestation is reported on the graph, it should be assumed that some degree of damage is present and it is advisable that a qualified building expert inspect the property for damage and structural integrity.

However, any ensuing loss arising out of workmanship, repairs or lack of repairs, caused by a Peril Insured Against, to property described under Section IProperty Coverages, is covered unless the loss is otherwise excluded in this policy. This Exclusion does not apply in the event of a total loss caused by a Peril Insured Against. The following exclusion, below A.12 is added:
