Common use of Existing Employees whose Training Contract Clause in Contracts

Existing Employees whose Training Contract. is completed or cancelled shall revert to employment at least equal in status to the classification held prior to the commencement of their Training Contract provided there is a suitable position to be redeployed to on the Project.
