The Existing Permits constitute all licenses, permits, approvals, franchises, qualifications, certificates of convenience and necessity, permissions, agreements, rate orders and governmental authorizations which the ESELCO Companies currently have and need for the conduct of the business of the ESELCO Companies as currently conducted.
