Common use of Existing Permits Clause in Contracts

Existing Permits. Existing Permits" shall mean those material permits, licenses, approvals, qualifications, authorizations, and registrations required by Law which the Company has or holds.

Existing Permits. “Existing Permits" ” shall mean those material all permits, licenses, approvals, qualifications, authorizations, permissions and registrations other governmental authorizations (excluding Environmental Permits) required by Law which for the Company has or holdsconduct of the Business of MMG and the Subsidiary as presently conducted.
