Common use of Existing Policies Clause in Contracts

Existing Policies. CHARTER generally waives all existing District policies except as specifically identified herein or in the charter. CHARTER shall adopt its own policies and procedures which shall be provided to the District promptly upon adoption by Charter Council but in no event later than one month after adoption. CHARTER shall provide copies of any subsequent changes to those policies within one month of adoption by Charter Council. Such policies and procedures shall include but not be limited to: A. Student conduct rules/regulations for conduct, suspension and expulsion B. Admission requirements, if any and process for admission C. Recruitment rules/regulations showing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s best efforts to recruit students all demographically representative areas of the District D. Description of the decision making process of the Charter Council E. Job descriptions for each position at CHARTER. F. Copies of employment contracts for all employees of CHARTER G. Employment rules including evaluation, hiring and termination H. General Complaint procedures
