Common use of Existing Policies Clause in Contracts

Existing Policies. ‌ All policies of the Employer not specifically modified by or not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall apply to bargaining unit employees on the same basis as such policies are applicable to non- bargaining unit employees of the Employer. Such policies are each subject to the Employer’s right in its sole discretion to modify, replace, or discontinue each policy, provided such changes are consistent with changes made to the policies applicable to non-bargaining unit employees of the Employer.
