Common use of Existing Property Clause in Contracts

Existing Property. Subject to the license rights granted by the Parties under Sections 6.1 and 6.2, each Party shall retain all rights, title and interest in and to such Party's Background Technology and Confidential Information, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein.

Existing Property. Subject to the limited license rights granted by the Parties under Sections 6.1 and 6.2, each Party shall retain all rights, title and interest in and to such Party's ’s Background Technology Technology, Inventions and Confidential Information, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein. The Customer shall also retain all rights, title and interest in the Agent Component, the Deliverables and the Products.
