Common use of Existing Relationships Clause in Contracts

Existing Relationships. Except as otherwise required by this Agreement, Seller shall use its best efforts to preserve the business as a going concern and to preserve existing relationships with suppliers, customers, and others having business dealings with Seller, all in accordance with Seller's ordinary course of business consistent with past practices.
