Existing Supported Components Clause Samples
The 'Existing Supported Components' clause defines which parts, modules, or elements of a system or product are already in place and officially supported at the time an agreement is made. In practice, this clause typically lists or references specific hardware, software, or service components that are recognized as stable and maintained by the provider. By clearly identifying these components, the clause helps set expectations for support obligations and prevents disputes over whether new or unlisted elements are covered, thereby ensuring clarity and managing risk for both parties.
Existing Supported Components. Appendix A provides a list of known existing system products and services that are to be covered by this agreement. Any existing component that is not explicitly identified shall not be covered by this agreement.
