Common use of EXIT ARRANGEMENTS Clause in Contracts

EXIT ARRANGEMENTS. 10.1 The Contractor shall support the Council in managing the smooth and timely transition of the Contract by providing all necessary reasonable recourses and information for ending the arrangement and or handing over the services to the Council or its replacement Contractor. The Contractor shall provide a detailed exit plan to the Council within three months prior to the expiry of the agreement.
