Common use of Exit Conference Clause in Contracts

Exit Conference. Following completion of the draft reports, the Firm must be available to participate in an exit conference with Auditee officials. The Firm must hold the exit conference meeting no later than July 2, 2026. Office staff may participate in the exit conference if necessary. The purpose of the exit conference is to discuss the draft forensic audit report with the Auditee, identify any errors, and obtain comments on the report’s findings and recommendations. The Firm must require the Auditee to provide a preliminary written response to the draft audit report, including whether it agrees to the findings and plans to implement any recommendations directed to it. The response is required to be provided to the Firm and the Office at least 48 hours before the draft exit meeting. The Office will provide specific instructions for the response. Attendance at the draft exit conference is mandatory for the selected ▇▇▇▇’s project manager and key staff who oversaw tasks as listed in Section II(C)(3) of this Agreement.
