Common use of Exit Conference Clause in Contracts

Exit Conference. Following an audit or examination by GS, GS may (in its sole discretion) conduct (in the case of an internal audit), or request its external auditors or examiners to conduct, an exit conference with J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to obtain J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ factual concurrence with issues identified in the review.
