Common use of Exit Financing Clause in Contracts

Exit Financing. The Company, the U.S. Debtors and the CCAA Debtors shall have consummated the Exit Financing Facilities on terms and conditions, and with documentation in form and substance which is, reasonably satisfactory to the Majority Investors.
