Common use of Exp Clause in Contracts

The “card” holder agrees that they have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. A valid major Credit Card is required to be kept on file for the purpose of charging NO-SHOW tee times. No-show tee times are considered non-cancelled tee times (within 24 hours and having valid cancellation number) and card holder will be charged $25 per player that no-showed. The Golf Club will provide a $25 gift certificate per player in return for the no-showfee.
