Common use of Expansion of Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Expansion of Leased Premises. (a) Commencing on the First Expansion Date, the Leased Premises shall be expanded from the existing 34,926 Rentable Square Feet (the "Existing Space") to include an additional 4,345 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Feet on Floor 15 of the Building (the "First Expansion Space") as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, such that the total Rentable Square Feet contained within the Leased Premises as of the First Expansion Date shall be 39,271 Rentable Square Feet.
