Common use of Expansion Project Design, Plan and Budget Clause in Contracts

Expansion Project Design, Plan and Budget. The Manager shall submit to the Executive Committee for approval each Expansion Project, consisting of the Expansion Project Design Plan, Expansion Project Construction Plan and Expansion Project Budget. The Expansion Project Design Plan and Expansion Project Construction Plan may be approved in whole or in segments or by components by the Executive Committee pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
