Common use of Expansion Space Term Clause in Contracts

Expansion Space Term. The term of the Lease of the Expansion Space shall commence as of the Expansion Commencement Date and shall terminate on the July 31, 2013 lease expiration date (“Lease Expiration Date”). The period from the Expansion Commencement Date through the Lease Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Expansion Space Term.”

Expansion Space Term. The term of the Tenant’s Lease of the Expansion Space shall commence as of the Expansion Commencement Date and shall terminate expire on the July August 31, 2013 lease expiration date (“Lease Expiration Date”)2012. The period from the Expansion Commencement Date through the Lease Expiration Date August 31, 2012 shall be referred to herein as the “Expansion Space Term.”

Expansion Space Term. The term of the Lease Tenant’s lease of the Expansion Space shall commence as of the Expansion Commencement Date and Date. Tenant’s lease of the Expansion Space shall terminate on the July August 31, 2013 lease expiration date 2017 (“Lease Expiration Date”). The period from the Expansion Commencement Date through the Lease Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Expansion Space Term.”
