Common use of Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Expenditures. All expenditures within the designations and limitations of the applicable approved budget shall be made upon the approval of any officer so authorized by the Agency Board of Directors. The Treasurer shall draw checks or warrants or make payments by other means for claims or disbursements not within an applicable budget only upon the approval and written order of the Board.
