Common use of Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Expenditures. The Borrower shall reimburse Administrative Agent and each Lender for any reasonable sums spent by it in connection with the exercise of any Right under Section 9.05 hereof. Such sums shall bear interest at the lesser of (a) the Base Rate (whether or not in effect), plus 2.00% per annum and (b) the Highest Lawful Rate, from five days after the date any Lender makes demand to the Borrower for reimbursement of such amount until the date of repayment by the Borrower.

Expenditures. The Borrower shall reimburse Administrative Agent and each Lender for any reasonable sums spent by it in connection with the exercise of any Right under Section 9.05 hereofprovided herein. Such sums shall bear interest at the lesser of (a) the Base Rate (whether or not in effect)effect from time to time, plus 2.003.0% per annum and (b) the Highest Lawful Rate, from five days after the date any Lender makes demand to the Borrower for reimbursement of such amount spent until the date of repayment by the Borrower.
