Common use of Expense Reimbursement and Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Expense Reimbursement and Indemnification. (a) The Borrower hereby confirms that the expense reimbursement and indemnification provisions set forth in Section 9.03 of the Amended Credit Agreement shall apply to this Seventh Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby irrespective of whether the Seventh Amendment Effective Date occurs. (b) The Lenders party hereto hereby confirm that the indemnification provisions set forth in Section 8.02 of the Amended Credit Agreement shall apply to this Seventh Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby irrespective of whether the Seventh Amendment Effective Date occurs.

(b) The Lenders party hereto hereby confirm that the indemnification provisions set forth in Section 8.02 9.08 of the Amended Credit Agreement shall apply to this Seventh First Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby irrespective of whether the Seventh First Amendment Effective Date occurs.
