EXPENSES OF EACH PARTY. Each Party will be responsible for all expenses it may incur in connection with the preparation, negotiation, and execution of this Agreement and performance of the activities described in this Agreement, and no party shall be liable to any other party for such expenses. This Agreement is not a basis for the transfer of funds. To the extent that future activities conducted under this Agreement would require the obligation of funds and/or reimbursement of one or more of the Parties, a separate agreement would be executed as appropriate.
