Common use of Expenses of Indemnification Representative Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Indemnification Representative. The ------------------------------------------ Indemnification Representative shall be entitled to be reimbursed his reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and the reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel retained by him.
