Expenses of the Manager. The Manager shall be responsible for the following expenses: 6.1.1. Employment expenses of the personnel employed by the Manager, including, without limitation, salaries (base and bonuses), wages, payroll taxes, and the cost of benefit plans; and 6.1.2. Rent, telephone, utilities, office furniture, equipment, machinery and other office, internal and overhead expenses of the Manager required for the Company’s day-to-day operations, including, bookkeeping, clerical and back-office services provided by the Manager, provided, however, that the Company shall pay for supplies applicable to operations (paper, software, presentation materials, etc.).
