Experience Required. (One of the forms must include the following language: “Failure to comply with this plan may result in a referral to CPS.”)  What signatures will be required?  What monitoring will be completed once the meeting is adjourned by the CCC vendor?  How will future unexcused absences/tardiness be handled?  How will DCBS be notified of the family’s noncompliance?
