Common use of Experimental Procedures Clause in Contracts

Experimental Procedures. During the past five (5) years Seller has not performed or permitted the performance of any Experimental Procedures involving patients in the Healthcare Facilities not authorized and conducted in accordance with the procedures of the applicable Institutional Review Board.

Experimental Procedures. During the past five (5) years Seller has not performed or permitted the performance of any Experimental Procedures experimental or research procedures or studies involving patients in the Healthcare Hospital Facilities not authorized and conducted in accordance with the procedures of the applicable Institutional Review Board.

Experimental Procedures. During the past five three (53) years years, Seller has not performed or nor permitted the performance of any Experimental Procedures experimental or research procedures or studies involving patients in the Healthcare Facilities not Hospital except, in all material respects, to the extent authorized by and conducted in accordance with the procedures of the applicable an Institutional Review BoardBoard responsible for oversight of research at the Hospital.

Experimental Procedures. During the past five (5) years years, to Seller’s Knowledge, Seller has not performed or permitted the performance of any Experimental Procedures experimental or research procedures or studies involving patients in the Healthcare Facilities Hospital not authorized and conducted in accordance with the procedures of the applicable Southern Regional Medical Center Institutional Review Board.
